The 2020 - Spirit of Africa Journey
During this Spirit of Africa Journey we will be staying in hotels, lodges, sacred caves and out the open air in our swags surrounded by African wild life, giving you a wide range of experiences for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual expansion and growth. We will be meditating, sharing, eating good food, deepening our spiritual connection to the land and the people of Africa and spending time watching animals and birds as we spend time 'out on safari'.
We will be travelling by bus and planes and will be doing some trekking as we travel from one place to the next. We will be sharing some wonderful evenings together in restaurants, around camp fires (out in the bush with wild animals), in caves and also around tables and fires.
This journey is for only 8 people and promises to be a life changing experience for those who feel the calling to join us.
The focus on this journey is to deepen our spiritual connection with self, with others and with all that is on offer in this beautiful land. Each day we will prepare ourselves to be taken on a journey of inner and outer experiences and in the evenings we will get to share some of these as we relax and get to know each another on a deeper, more connected level.
There will be some time given to spend alone to journal and take time to evaluate, contemplate and digest all of the days happenings and there will even be some time to go off and do a bit of shopping!
